After reading Book 1, I was in it for the long haul. The premise of this novel and the series, in general, is a modern day Red Dawn with the main antagonists being UN forces, who have 'invaded' or been invited to the US. Patriots rise up and a modern day Revolution takes place. I would strongly recommend this novel to anyone who is interested in a powerful story about a country that could rise or fall on the backs of patriots and tyrants alike.Product details

G.S. Kyle came up with a wonderful sequel to "Molon Lane". It was well written and expanded many characters while introducing new ones. Some of the characters we have grown comfortable with were unfortunately killed off. The end made me feel like a third book has not going to happen, but I hope I am wrong.
Great read and believable. It's almost to this point now. The characters really made the story compelling. I'm off to buy the 3rd book and will be sad when done because it's only 3 parts.
The author does a wonderful job telling this story from the point of view of one of the main characters and with narrative. I love the parallels that can be easily seen when we are told about the corrupt administration in the book, and the one we currently face in the US now. I have been sucked into these books. I can't wait until the next one!
Of all the SHTF books out there this book series is tops instead of the doom and gloom of and gloom that others dwell in this series is positive as in the good guys in spite of their flaws come out on top against the UN maggots this series of books should be in every preppers and pro Second Amendment advocates library.
Book was ok. I love the premise. I didn't actually count, but I think he used the words "God" and "pray" about a thousand times in this book. We get it, you're religious. Unfortunately I bought this and the third book at the same time. Not sure I'm going to read the next one...
Arggh, 30% through this one was hoping for a little more than the first, but not so far & still have the third book to go am I in hell? I don't think I'm gonna make it! This trilogy is highly unrecommended & any ratings higher than mine must be from personal friends of the authors or persons with no more than an 8th grade education!
This is the second book I have read in this series. Although fictional, the stories offer much food for thought as to what the future may hold for those true patriots who believe in our Constitution, and just how fragile these rights are becoming by those who believe in a "New World Order". I recommend both Book 1 and 2, and look forward to Book 3 and beyond.
